Meeting Format

No two groups will ever look identically the same, but the basic format for every LIFEgroup Group should include:

FELLOWSHIP

» Refreshments

» Introduction of guests

» Life sharing - everyone bringing to the group the life of Jesus.

WORSHIP AND PRAYER

» Singing

» Testimonies

» Prayer requests

» Prayer for one another, friends, family, etc.

» Prayer to fill the "open chair"

BIBLE APPLICATION

» Bible discussion with personal application

» Caring for needs

» Prayer for personal application of the Scriptures

In any given meeting , the order may be changed, different amounts of time may be spent on each item, but these will be the basic ingredients found week after week. Total time should not exceed 1 hour and 30 minutes. Always be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading so that you are willing to exchange your finely honed and prepared agenda for God's agenda.
