COMMON DENOMINATORS OF GREAT LEADERS

1) Are You Reproducing Reproducers?

Who are you working with that is a reproducer?

2) Clear Objectives

Share your vision with those around you. Eat sleep and drink your vision. It should be contagious.

3) Comraderie

We are going to take the world together. Pastor Yaeger, "You stick with me and I will take you places you have never been before." Remember that people are the most important objects on Earth!

4) Convince People that Participation is a High Art of Leaderhsip.

Don't ask "Are you coming?", say "who are you bringing with you?" Participation is an obligation and priority.

5) Don't Settle for Second Best!

We have an excellent God, and He is worthy of our finest efforts.

6) Don't Alibi

Everybody makes mistakes and failures. When you blow it, admit it with humility.

7) Be a Clock Watcher

Learn to discipline your time and life. Even plan your goof off time so that you have balance. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

8) Practice Active Listening Skills

God gave you a mouth and two ears, and they should be used in that proportion. When you are talking you are not learning anything.
