MINISTRY DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBLE TO:

1. LIFEgroup Coach
2. Directly Responsible to LIFEgroup Leader.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Completes interview with LIFEgroup Pastor.

2. Fulfill the qualifications of the LIFEgroup Leader or is willing to develop them.

3. Assist the LIFEgroup Leader with leading different portions of the weekly LIFEgroup meeting:

    a. Ice-breaker activity

    b. Worship

    c. Sharing and prayer

    d. Lesson and application

    e. Arrangements for childcare

    f. Arrangements for refreshments

4. Follow-up on all prospect assignments as directed by the LIFEgroup Leader with phone calls, home visits, etc.

5. Attend leaders meetings under the direction of the LIFEgroup Pastor for team coordination, communication and training.

6. Seek to win at least one person to Christ a year.

TIME COMMITMENT:

The time required to multiply once and be ready to multiply a second time with two apprentices (approx. two years).
