I. Training Objective: To outline the scriptural potential of the tongue, both positively and negatively, and demonstrate control over the tongue.

A. James 3:2 Major obstacle.

C. Proverbs 26:20-22 Adds wood to the fire.
D. Matthew 12:36 Answerable to God for our words.
E. Matthew 12:37 Condemned by our words.
F. James 1:26 Deceive self, worthless.

A. Proverbs 17:27-Man of knowledge-wise words.
