traits need improving.
II. 19 Checkpoints for a magnetic personality
1. Do you smile regularly? (Positives attract negatives)
2. There is something to learn from everyone!
3. Make others feel important or wise.
4. Remember names (Most important word in any language)
5. Be genuinely interested in others (Listen)
6. Live in the presence of the best (Read great biographies)
7. Look for the best in people. (Conquer pessimism)
8. Treat everybody in the same fashion.
9. Be frank, honest and natural with everyone.
10. Be every man's debtor (what can I give?)
11. Seek out worthwhile contacts (great men) and emulate them.
12. Seek to stimulate other's thinking positively.
13. Leave people on a higher plane than you found them.
14. Thoughtfulness and gratitude are required.
15. Tact? (Communicating effectively is the name of the game)
16. Refrain from expecting praise, redirect it toward God.

19. Learn to admit mistakes and apologize sincerely.
