D. Romans 1:16           Power that saves.
E. Hebrews 4:12          Judges attitudes and thoughts
F. I Peter 2:2                  It is spiritual food.
G. John 17:17               It is truth.

III. Procedure for Study

A. Be still (Psalm 46:10)
B. Look - read a paragraph or chapter slowly (aloud). Read through three times.
C. Listen - meditate (Joshua 1:8,9), put yourself in the writer's position. Write down questions.
D. Record:

2. Diary
3. Application

E. Pray
F. Pass what you learned along to someone else.
G. Obey God!
